Apple: Got tired?iOS 4.2 Disabled Jailbreak detection API

Is Apple, got finally tired? Or, are they just rethinking their Jailbreak detection API? I'm sure they're not. Instead, they playing it dead and simple the business way.

After introducing, the Jailbreak detection API, was disabled through the iOS 4.2 update. The said API enables third party MDM to access iOS system information.

In less than six months since its introduction, Apple just disabled the detection utility which left Third party developers with a big "Why"? Is that right and is fair at all? Well, technically, those third party MDM's can't do anything about it.

They have they chance for the flaw and I'm sure they have collected something from it. The question is, does apple knew it before hand? If they do, that was just careless.
