American Idol Season 9 Winner, Sucks!

I have always been a great fan of the American Idol series. I'm always excited with the fresh and new talent performing with their hearts out loud and hoping to have share of a good and inspiring thoughts from the judges.

Season 1 was the original and lots of good talent in there. Season 2 came and then 3, 4, 5 . . . and then came season 9. Right from the auditions I sense, that, this season shall be a boring one. And yes, indeed!. All of the seasons that came, they have their own share of best and worst auditions but Season 9, just sucks!.

And what's even worse, Lee DeWyze won.

Worst vote winner Ever.

Lee DeWyze, just won Season 9 as the ultimate idol. Over the Crystal Bowersox, the paint store sales clerk got America’s vote (most of it). Lee Dewyze performed his debut version of U2's beautiful day. It was a fully orchestrated version. Highlights with the standing strings ensemble it was nice. But, then again, not a perfect blend with lee's tone. It’s not a surprise for he has been not a singer in the competition.

I wonder why America chooses Lee over Crystal? Crystal was already there and ready to go for the crown. Her version of Black Velvet was astounding and superb! Many have tried to do that kind of power song and Crystal just nailed it.

Who have got what it takes?

Barely sung a single tone in the entire competition, Lee just won the title anyway. Yes, he can play the guitar but he just can't sing it well. He can't even hit the tones right. After American Idol surely he'll do an album and into the professional world of music, who would have thought this guy just entered it with a half baked voice?

If you have noticed, the more we let Lee sang, the more his voice got really scary and most of the time, on its threshold point. In other words, he can't simply handle it. The problem with Lee winning the title is that he can't sing well. And that's basically it. Why would we vote a person for a singing career that couldn't even sing well? His voice sounds harsh and strained when he do sustained notes.

Paula and Simon had just left the American Idol "Judges Seat" and it is a sign that Season 10 and future seasons, if there is, would go even worse. The bottom line is that the voting system just sucks and won't do good.
